Martin Wilson MA FCA
A Chartered Accountant, Martin is recognised as the UK's leading capital allowances specialist.
He is the author of more than a dozen books on the subject, including Bloomsbury
Professional's Capital Allowances: Transactions and Planning. Martin is also a regular contributor to many
of the industry's leading publications.Martin co-founded The Capital Allowances Partnership Limited after 15 years with leading accounting firms, where he headed up the specialist capital allowances practice. He has personally advised some of the UK's leading companies, as well as a myriad of private investors, both in the UK and overseas.

Adam Garrad BSc(Hons) MRICS ATT
Adam is a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, with more than 10 years
experience in all aspects of capital allowances. Before co-founding The Capital Allowances Partnership Limited,
he spent 8 years with a major accounting firm, ultimately as head of a specialist capital allowances practice.Adam is co-author of Tolley's Handbook on The Capital Allowances Act 2001, and has been responsible for a large range of projects for property investors and businesses. His project experience includes healthcare and the hospitality and leisure industries.

Steven Burchill BSc(Hons) CTA ATT
Steven qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser after beginning his career as a quantity surveyor. He has specialised
in capital allowances for 10 years, having previously run the Scottish capital allowances practice for a major
international accounting firm.Based in Edinburgh, he advises clients throughout the UK, primarily in the property investment (offices and industrial), motor dealer, and hospitality and leisure sectors.
He is co-author of Tolley's Handbook on The Capital Allowances Act 2001.

Steven Bone BSc(Hons) PGDip.BA FRICS ATT
Steven has a first class Quantity Surveying degree and postgraduate diploma in business administration. He
is is a tax-qualified Chartered Surveyor, with more than 10 years capital allowances experience.
Steven joined The Capital Allowances Partnership Limited in 2004, after 7 years with 2 major accounting firms.Steven is co-author of Bloomsbury's Capital Allowances: Transactions & Planning, and Tolley's Handbook on The Capital Allowances Act 2001 and has written extensively for tax and industry publications. He is a RICS specialist Assessment of Professional Competence panel Chairman.
